Parakeet Communities is seeking opportunities to acquire manufactured housing communities and RV Parks with between 50 and 500+ lots and up to and above $100M+ in value.
Our geographic focus is major markets in Florida, Alabama, Georgia, South/North Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, Maryland, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, and Ohio. That said, we will look at any opportunity east of the Mississippi.

| Park-Owned Homes | We prefer tenant-owned homes but will evaluate communities with a high park-owned home count |
| Hybrid MH/RV Communities | We like hybrid communities and have experience acquiring complex assets |
| Financing | We close the majority of our transactions in cash |
| Typical Deal Timeline | We close 90 days after a contract is signed, but we can be flexible and close sooner if necessary |
