Lake Saunders MHP is a 55+ waterfront community located in the cute Florida town of Mt. Dora. Our homes offer beautiful water views that are perfect for afternoon relaxation. This community is perfect for entertaining family members and friends with its outdoor games and clubhouse.
The Community is located on Lake Saunders, a private fishing lake and we have dockage available for residents! Experience convenience at its finest with our local nearby Walmart, Target, Aldi, Loews, Publix, and many restaurants. Downtown Mount Dora is five minutes away.
Mount Dora is in central Florida and known for its antique shops and annual festivals. Downtown has the Modernism Museum which displays modern furniture, and a 1923 fire station. It also houses an extensive collection of classic cars, plus a replica of a 1940s gas station, on display at the Museum of Speed.
